Whispering Wine Scintilattes the mind…(Imperial dictum)
So, finally, do wine and summer go in hand?
The answer is
Summer without …white wine is like summer without sun.
But is this rhyme a ere advertising stunt, or does it actually carry within it genuine truth? Before rushing to any conclusions, it would be wise to recall a few old truths. To begin with, white or rose wine provide the greatest cooling sensation (owing to their natural acidity) among all other beverages.
Furthermore, they are the most aromatic and healthy bevarages compared to artificial soft drinks which contain a large number of unknown ingredients.
Finally, wine does not merely quench thirst. The cooling sensation which it generates spreads over the entire body, since it is consumed cool at 8 to 9 degrees Celsius, while remaining dry in taste.
Thus, it eliminates the use of sweet sugar which happens to be the true enemy in a hot summer. Besides, any other soft drink contains excess carbon dioxide for coolness but larger quantities of sugar as well.
